HOTELS-Offer Personalized service
-Cleaning of guest rooms & public areas
-Lost and Found
-Horticulture and florist ops.
-Laundry ops
-Guests special requests
-Renovation and refurbishment

MALLS,INDUSTRIAL AND RETAIL-Cleaning of common areas(escalators,shops,food courts,staircases,foyers,corridors,carparks)
-Maintenance of various surfaces of walls and floors-front and back areas
-Regular Cleaning and spot checks of toilets
-In Industries cafeteria mgmt may be included
-In retail movement of cartons and setting up the stores may be included.

SERVICE APARTMENTS-Guests stay for a larger period of time.
-To a large extent same as hotels.
-Service is given only once.
